Our parent company is Alternatives in Home Care, a Senior Home Care Agency that serves the greater Tucson area. GREEN HOUSEKEEPING is a service we often provide to our elderly and disabled clients. Due to its overwhelming popularity, we are not offering this service to customers and families of all ages and have extended our services to the Columbia, SC area.

WHAT WE USE TO CLEAN

We use a variety of supplies and equipment. We will only use the minimum necessary to clean. For instance, if a surface can be cleaned with only water, we will not use a cleaning solution.

Microfiber Cloths - NO PAPER

• Microfiber cloths are reusable - we eliminate waste caused by using paper towels to clean.

• Microfiber cloths pick up and trap dirt - unlike traditional cotton cloths, which push dirt around the surface.

• Microfiber cloths do need require cleaning agents to dissolve and pick up most dirt - meaning no chemical residue is left behind.

• Microfiber cloths can clean virtually anything - windows, stainless steel, glass, wood, granite, porcelain and much more.

Steam Cleaners

• Steam is environmentally friendly – it uses no cleaning agents and has low water consumption. One liter of water creates 1,700 liters of steam, enough for 20 minutes of cleaning.

• Steam delivers a hygienic clean – even in hard-to-reach places.

• Steam cleans effortlessly – forget scrubbing and polishing.

• Steam is healthier – no cleaning agents necessary.

• Steam is versatile – it can be used for cleaning kitchens, bathrooms or windows, as well as for ironing and on textiles.

HEPA-filter Vacuums

• HEPA filters trap harmful particles like pollen, pet dander, dust mites and tobacco smoke.

• HEPA filter vacuum cleaners throw less dirt back into the room.

Natural, plant-based cleaning solutions with zero VOC

• VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) can release harmful chemicals in your home and the environment – putting your family's health and safety at risk.
